Welded Wire Mesh and Reinforcing Steel Grids (Japanese Industrial Standards)
Arrange the iron wires orthogonally and electrically weld their intersections to create a grid! Two types of each are available.
The 'Welded Wire Mesh and Reinforcing Steel Mesh (Japanese Industrial Standards) (JIS G 3551) Excerpt 2005' specifies welded wire mesh and reinforcing steel mesh made from iron wire or rebar, primarily used for reinforcing concrete structures and concrete products. Welded wire mesh, which is created by arranging iron wires in a grid pattern and electrically resistance welding their intersections, comes in two types: regular welded wire mesh and design welded wire mesh. Similarly, reinforcing steel mesh, which is formed by arranging iron wires in a grid pattern and electrically resistance welding their intersections, also comes in two types: regular reinforcing steel mesh and design reinforcing steel mesh. [Features (Welded Wire Mesh)] ■ Welded wire mesh created by arranging iron wires in a grid pattern and electrically resistance welding their intersections ■ Regular welded wire mesh - Consists of square mesh shapes with specified mesh dimensions, where each vertical and horizontal wire has the same specified wire diameter or nominal wire diameter, available in sizes of 1m width × 2m length and 2m width × 4m length ■ Design welded wire mesh - Any type other than regular welded wire mesh *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
